Well it is clearly the Bosch motor management ECU that has a problem, very good test you recommended .
Shell we remove it and send to you ?

What you could try is the following, heat the ignition controller with a hair dryer so that it is around 50 degrees in al cold car situation and look if the problems then occure more quicly than without heating.
Next day (or after a few hours if you are shure car is totaly cooled down) try the same with the motormanagement ECU, in the case that the problem arises more quickly very probably that unit is the bad one.
After this test I can give you an offer.

Owner of the car (it's friend of mine) already tested the car with different unit, and said it drives fine but seems(only "seems") that he noticed a couple times rpm jumps..
So have to test one more time wiring and connector.
If not will return UNOPENED unit with copy of email.

Today we check repaired module and everything work without any problem.
I really had no information to someone try to repair this module before.
I am usually last chance person in many cases when everybody before make a mess.
